When I run a exe via a .cmd file, the execution of the rest of the cmd pauses until the app closes.  Even when I have "cmd /c c:\app\app.exe" it waits.  I'd like to make it nonblocking.  How?

start <appliaction name>. e.g. start c:\app\app.exe
