Thanks for the help Chris but I solved the problem yesterday. &nbsp;What I had to do was a refresh and it put the files back the way they were supposed to be. &nbsp;But the next time I screw up I'll let you know. &nbsp;Have a great holiday. &nbsp; &nbsp;Debby<br />

I have Lotus Notes at work. &nbsp;There is a &quot;company&quot; address book of over 10,000 e-mail addresses. &nbsp;My problem is for my seperate address book I do not have the option of listing people individually. &nbsp;I have a &quot;group&quot; option. &nbsp;How do I get the individual list. &nbsp;When I save from the company address book to my address book the icon indicator shows how many are in my personal book. &nbsp;But when I click on my personal book only &quot;group&quot; title shows up. &nbsp;However if I write a memo and click address then my address's I've saved are listed, I choose a name the address fills and I can send. &nbsp;Is there way to not go through all that? &nbsp;Debby

I have Lotus Notes at work.  There is a "company" address book of over 10,000 e-mail addresses.  My problem is for my seperate address book I do not have the option of listing people individually.  I have a "group" option.  How do I get the individual list.  When I save from the company address book to my address book the icon indicator shows how many are in my personal book.  But when I click on my personal book only "group" title shows up. Lotus Software produced the Lotus 1-2-3 spreadsheet program, and later developed Lotus Notes, a groupware and email system. Following its acquisition by IBM, the Notes and Domino client/server collaborative platform were expanded to include functions such as email, calendars, to-do lists, contacts management, teamrooms, discussion forums, file sharing, microblogging, instant messaging, blogs, and user directories. IBM also release SmartSuite, a comprehensive office suite, and followed that with Symphony, unrelated to the Lotus suite of the same name.
