Can anyone help me find source code of a FTP Server that uses MFC or Winsock.  Not a client, but a server.  I have
searched high and low but can't find an example of MFC FTP
server but I know it is out there.  Any help is appreciated.

The source code to warftp demon is available if you ask nicely. It is not MFC, but contains all the bells and whistles you can think of. You can find it at:
