Installing Fonts

I need to be able to find the fonts in a directory, store the pathname and filename in a buffer and then make sure those fonts do not exist already on the system, and if they do how can I make sure they are the newest version, then I need to install them.  How would I do this using Visual C++

There are standard procedures to install a font. Check out the Platform SDK documentation
Platform SDK/Windows Programming Guidelines/Programming Tips and Techniques/Installing Applications/Installation Program/Installing Fonts
