get start path with CGI

Is there any way to get the full PATH
from where my CGI start.
In ordinary Application I make it with Application.ExeName.
I try with WinAPI function: GetCurrentDirectory, GetCommandLine but they returned me not expected values.

You can use this code...

var
  FN: array[0..MAX_PATH- 1] of char;
  ScriptName : String;
begin
  SetString(ScriptName, FN, GetModuleFileName(hInstance, FN, SizeOf(FN)));
end;
