I've embedded a treectrl in a resizable CDialogBar. How do
I resize the treectrl when the user resizes my CdialogBar

You need to override WM_SIZE and when you get this message, first call the base class's OnSize method. Then you will need to call GetClientRect to determine what is the size of the dialog bar. From that, you should be able to determine the new size of the tree control. Then you resize the tree control by using MoveWindow().
