Well, there are a few good tutorials for Perl (and CGI programming which perl is very handy for). Try the following:

Introduction to Perl:
http://www.cclabs.missouri.edu/things/instruction/perl/perlcourse.html

CGI programming 101:
 http://lightsphere.com/dev/class/
A 6-lesson tutorial on CGI programming with Perl

There is a long list of other tutorials available from the perl.com web site:

 http://reference.perl.com/query.cgi?tutorials

I would also recommend picking up a few books. "Teach yourself perl 5 in 21 days" 2nd edition from Sams publishing ISBN 0-672-308-94-0 is very good. And for reference, everyone has to have a copy of the legendary the "Camel book": Programming Perl from O'Reilly & Associates ISBN 1-56592-149-6
