Calendar attendees

For some reason, when a calendar message is sent from my group to various attendees.  A calendar message is also sent to someone who was not intended to recieve the message.  I thought maybe it was a typing error on our part but this has originated from at least 3 people, but going to the same person.  HELP!!!

Verify that you are inviting individual people, and not GROUPS. You are probably inviting a distribution list that the person is a member of.

Thanks but I've already done that.  That was my first thought!  Unfortunately, I can't find the recipient anywhere.

I don't understand why the above is the "Accepted Answer" when the requester said she already checked that and it wasn't the problem.  I say this because I need an answer.  I have a user with the same issue it seems as this person from way back in 98.  The person having the issue is getting an email saying that the notification is undeliverable to a user that is not even in her delegates list.  I made her check multiple times.  The person who the notification is trying to email to is also termed from the company and is not a member of any groups in our Active Directory.  Any other possibilities besides delegates and groups being the problem?

Yes, the following is a suggestion I got from Maximus0375 but I don't know if it works because it needs to be done on a remote server.  I'm still waiting on our systems administrator.

"Sounds like you might have some corruption in your Information Store database. I had this problem 2 years ago & fixed the issue by running the isisnteg utility against the database in order to fix any corruption. Remember to run the tool at least twice (until it no longer finds & fixes any errors. Here is the MS article: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;182081"
