I can´t open a .PST file. A password is required. I´m sure this file was not password protected.
How can I recover or delete the password (if any)?
Maybe the file is corrupted.
Is it possible to fix it?

Exchange client (Client for Microsoft Exchange server, not client from Windows 95) was coming with Inbox FIX utility. Make a copy and try it.

Search for and run scanpst.exe and see if this will repair this file, if it has a password you will have to find away to crack it with software that should be available off the web. Try to repair it first.
