ODBC DSN setup error

0n 2-15-98 user "ny971181" had the same problem i'm having. He/She did not indicate if they solved the problem and what the fix was. I goto 32bit ODBC in Control Panel. When I close ODBC Datasource Administrator, I get the below mentioned errors. When I execute 'c:/windows/Odbcad32.exe' directly, it seems to work fine but i still can't link external tables from SqlServer6.5 to Access97(the same ODBC config works fine on another machine). The question was originally answered by JimSQL. Any sure way to fix this would be appriciated.

I have 32bit ODBC in win95. Recently I tried to setup the DSN to connect to SQL server.

2. I consistantly get a error msg when I changed or add or remove (or just cancel) some DSN configuration.
Here is the error msg (after closing the first error msg, a second one appears):

RUNDLL32: The program has performed an Illegal operation and will be shutdown. RUNDLL32 caused an invalid page fault in module KERNEL32.DLL at 0137:bff9a07c.
