How to de-install IE completly

How can I de-install Internet Explorer completely and as easily as possible, so that I can install Netscape communicator? I have a mac 2ci with system 7.1 and 20meg ram.

Just drag the folder to the trash. There are a couple of Extensions that it likes to install as well, but they are libraries and may be needed for other microsoft products.
