Have a Cannon BJC4100. It run fine on win95. Upgraded to 98 and the 98 drivers on the cd causes it to print with streaks. The 98 drivers off the net print great but prints a light grey hew over it. (Am in New Zealand and have heard rumour that US ink is diff to NZ obtained ink is there any truth in this also.) Am using reinked cartridges. Worked fine on 95 with the same pictures.

If it work fine before with the old drivers. just go back to the old drivers. Win98 has some imcompatibles drivers with printers. but installing the old drivers will make it work again.
about the INK. I would have to be in Chemistry class to tell you accurately about it ;p ehehe.
