Create Rulers on the form like drawing program?

Hello!

I'm making a simple drawing program that draws lines, boxes, etc. Everything seems to be working okay, but I'd like to add rulers to the top and side of the form very much like you'd see in Word, Pagemaker, etc.

All attempts have not worked. If anybody has samples or pointers to ways to do this...I'd really appreciate the help! I'm using Visual Basic Pro, 32bit.

Thanks in advance.

All have rulers, but would have been better if they were all available -- and atleast for Visual Basic.
