i need to be able to find the current email information on the computer.  Whether it be in Eudora, or IE, or Netscape, is there a way to find all that info in the registry?

There are a few places to find this info in the registry like:
microsoft messenger:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\software\microsoft\internet accounts manager\accounts

microsoft office outlook:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\software\microsoft\office\8.0\outlook\omi account manager\accounts

netscape messenger:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\software\netscape\netscape navigator\biff\users\username\servers\mail.yourserver.net\

but because this is under the software key it seems as though you'll need to know were every mail prog stores it's info
although im sure someone knows a better idea.

I am also hoping to get the password and smtp and pop info.  I have seen it done a couple of times, just can't figure out how they did it...

You can find the SMTP and POP info in the registry in plain text.  Passwords are there also, but they are encrypted.  You cannot access them.

Eudora does not use the registry to save this information.  However, under /Software/Qualcomm/Eudora, you can find the path to Eudora.  With that path, you will know where to look for Eudora's .ini file which contains the information you are looking for.
