Cut and Paste in Notes Version 4.5

Folks, I've asked this question to many of our so called "experts" but to no avail ....
I want to have the following:
I want to add a new icon which simply does a paste of my name, address, phone, etc. (a simple footer) to any document I create either from scratch or reply-to.
Adding a new icon is simple, but how do I do the "paste" stuff ?

wrichard: Maybe I wasn't clear enough, but I don't have a clue from what you are talking. I'm just supposed to work with NOTES but this doesn't mean I'm an expert. If possible, I'd like to have clear and foolproof instructions on how to achieve what I want.
P.S. I'm willing to increase points if I get what I want -and it works !
The most simple answer to this question is "Just use the stationary". You can create a standard memo with your address information in it. "Create Stationary". When sending or replying  "Use Stationary" and pick the one you have created.

Sometimes, the simplest answers are the best ones.

ChrisD: Thanks for your comment, but I also use a "stationary" -but this is sure not the way I want it to have. Everytime I will send a new mail I have to click on "Drafts" (where the stationary is located), write my text and go -too uncomfortable.
To make it clear: I don't want to have a "header" (which I have by default), I just wanted to simply insert a "footer" to _any_ document I create -either from scratch (new memo) or while relying to a message. I'm sure that there is a simple way to do this........
