Is there any way or software to compile a Delphi application to run in a Web Browser ? Just like a CGI.

Yes there is if you have the client server version of delphi you can create a web application if you don't have the C/S version then you can download the set of freeware CGI components at www.cgiexpert.com they have examples etc aswell...
