Error using insert sql in ASP -Access, NT4.0

I get an operation must use an updatable query error when trying to instert a record into an access(97) database. Server is NT 4.0, IIS, The asp script is listed below:

Possibly you do not have enough permissions on the database file for Internet Guest account IUSR_MACHINE. You can change this from changing NT security permissions for the guest.mdb and guest.ldb files(or guestbook directory with replase permissions on existing files). Give them change permission (RWXD).
