Can you convert .fon to .ttf?

Is it possible to convert .fon (found on a win 3.1 machine), to .ttf fonts for a win95 machine?

Hi,
yes it is possible.
If you have fontografer, open it nad save it as .ttf.
I dont know any stand alone app.
If you won't find what you are looking then  i can convert it for you.
