restore exchange fails , any suggestions ?

NT 4.0 + service pack 4 + mm fix build 620
Arcserve Agent 2.0 build 53
full backup no problems
circular logging off
directory service won't start

Ver 2.0 of the agent (build 53 or higher), only works with ARCserve 6.5
