Hi Edwardy

for creating a template mail file u need to create a stationary by performing the following steps :

1. choosing Action > Mail Tools > Create stationary
2. select Personal Stationary in the create stationary dialog box
3. click Ok. A blank form appears.
4. Enter text in any format or picture u want in the first field. This is the header area.
5. Fill the receipt information in the address field and enter information in the subject field.
6. Type the body of the stationary
7. Enter text in any format or picture u want in the last field, this is the footer area.
8. click the delivary option button and change the delivery options.
9. click the close button.
10. click Yes when Notes asks if u want to save the stationary.
11. Enter a name for the stationary in the save as stationary dialog.
12. click Ok.
13. Later whn u want ot create a message using the stationary, open the Draft folder in the mail database. Heighlight the sationary's name and click the Use Stationary Button. A new copy of your previosly saved Stationary message apears ready to be filled in and sent. U can also modify it by clicking Edit Document button.

Hope this will solve ur problem..

Bye
