Problem in the free time checking?

Our notes network are just set up, I check the free time of other user, but find only a few user( include mine) have free time  shown and the other use all shown busy in all the time .Any one have idea of solving ? any task should be loaded?

Just trying to be helpful.
If I understood your question, you only can see the free time of
some users, but not from the others.
This seems to be a permissions problem and a replication problem.

You have to check if the other Lotus clients have the permissions
granted to other users can view their free time.  You can setup
this by selecting the Free time database, then rigth click the icon and select the Access controls. Check the permissions in there and be sure all of the other users have access granted.

Then replicate (in and out), in all the Lotus clients to update
the new settings.
