Error message using CreateFile!

I need load my dynamic vxd , use CreateFile and DeviceIOControl, but I have a error message.
The CreateFile function return -1 and the GetLastError function return 50...

what`s up??
is my vxd make incorrectly??

I use dgbTerm (of TechSoft company).  In the dbgTerm Window I see any messages of the Out_Debug_String function that I
write under my vxd.

what can i do??

Error 50 means ERROR_NOT_SUPPORTED. Are you trying to load a VXD in WinNT? If so, NT does not support VXDs. Instead, you will have to write a kernel driver.

Make sure you are doing this in Windows 3.1x/95/98.
