FlexGrid Question

I want to fill a Flex Grid with selected fields from an Access database.  Does anyone have any code that will be helpful to get me started? One other thing.. the access database has a password. Please advise on usage. Thanks

Place a Data control on a form set the following properties
(Do not use quotes)

Connect=";pwd=password"
DatabaseName=database
Recordsource=table

Place a flexgrid on the form and set the following properties
(Do not use quotes)

Datasource=Data1
