IndexToDelete:Integer;
CheckBoxNCaption:string;

You can set the CheckBoxNCaption value to a checkbox's caption on its OnClick event, then

IndexToDelete:=MyListBox.Items.IndexOf(CheckBoxNCaption);
MyListBox.Items.Delete(IndexToDelete);
