Searching for a free 3D-Engine with Editor!!

I'm searching for a easy-to-use 3D-Engine for Delphi 3.
An Editor for the 3D-Worlds should be included and it have to be Freeware, coz I'm not very rich :)

forgot one DGC http://www.users.dircon.co.uk/~zeus/ (but i'm not sure if these support 3D, free they are)
