browser.dll in SP3

thanks for your previous answer, but after I try to copy browser.dll from the SP3 and run NT...the errors are like the brower.dll is the wrong version something like that, Do you know where can I get this updated files?

sometime the error message is " ERROR 2140, Internal NT error"

Just reinstall service pack 3. This should clear up the errors.
