How do i register winsck.ocx?-- VERY IMOPORTANT!!

In some cool progs, the message "winsck.ocx is not registered correctly" appears when i execute it, how do i solve this problem?

Type regsvr32.exe and then the full path to the ocx file example
regsvr32.exe c:\winnt\system32\winsock.ocx
This will register the activex file and it should then work.
