Cyclades problem

Hi all

I have a Cyclades Cyclom 16 YeP multiport board and 6 US Robotics modems with RedHat 5.2 linux box.
I have made the following steps:
-board and all hardware installation
-BIOS have assigned IRQ 10 to the Cyclades
-I have made ttyCx and cubx in /dev with mkcyc from Cyclades disk
-I have put all  /bin/setserial /dev/cubx auto_irq spd_vhi in /etc/rc.d/rc/local
So, why can't I to initialize my modems with minicom or pppd (they and all the linux box stop responding)

If someone can help me, please send some words
Thanx

Don't use auto_irq

/bin/setserial /dev/cubx spd_vhi

Hi canani!

First I want to thank you for your interest.
OK...
I have work around in this problem and now I have the solution...
But the solutions aren’t yours....
The cyclades board is working fine with "/bin/setserial /dev/cubx auto_irq spd_vhi"...
My problem was from a conflict between motherboard and the PCI Cyclades Card....
But I will pay you for your interest..
Excuse my poor English...

try cat /proc/interrupts and see isn't there anyone else holding the interrupt. If not cat /proc/pci and see there isn't there PCI component holding that interrupt.
This is definitely IRQ sharing problem.
