I have tried that, but when i save the new location, it doesn't appear down in the list of locations. Any more suggestion as to what i might be doing wrong ?

Hi Itssbell,

What you need to do, is to give each person who wants to use notes a notes directory for himself (or a userdisk on the network). When you setup the laptop for multiple users, they get their own profile, so give them a notes icon and set the working directory (icon properties -> Start in) for that person to his own directory. Put his ID file and the initial notes.ini in this directory en let him run notes. This will result in that notes will pick the notes.ini from his working directoy and create his names.nsf (personal addressbook) and desktop.dsk (desktop settings) in his own directory.

Goodluck.....

Why do you want a new location document ?
