How do you enable VB6 to load all the other controls that is being used in a project. Because other that the default controls in the toolbar the extra controls are all turned to a picture type control and I have to manually reinsert everything..

Is there a preference setting in VB that does this... I've had to reinstalled VB twice and reloading my old projects are pretty frustatting... thanx

Hi!

Is this problem like old VB was on Pro/Ent level and new on Std level?

These control are not available in VB6 shipmet of the licence
registry has some how failed.
If you have those controls (like sheridan Threed32 comes whitVB4)
Then you must reinstall these individual controls after VB6 instalation.

VB basicly turn every unreferenced (unlicenced) cotrol to bicture box.

Are these controls available In VB6 Controls menu?

If you don't have licence of don't want use old control anymore
you may also edit these Vb .FRM files manualy and chance that Begin section, the firstline means controls VB name.
Any texture will do this.

Matti
