I need a source code to capture data from a video camera.

its depend on your camera driver
1- simply you can use sehll command to run the tool comes with card
2- you can use the command appactive to set the focus on it
3- you can use sendkeys to send your commands

for advanced programming you have to use the sdk functions or ddk
which need advanced programming
