Toolbar button and menus

I need to know how to make a toolbar button and menu commad work like the ID_FILE_PRINT that the APP Wizard creates (Enabled wen a view is active and disbled if not)

in MDI,
you can define the message handler in the view.

when there is not a view existing, the menu item is disabled automatically.

when view is active the menu is enable, of course you can disable it if you want.
