copying a dialog window between 2 projects

I want to resuse my Main dialog window between 2 diffrent projects.  Currently I have to redo the entire dialog step by step. Is there an easy way to reuse the dialog?

The resource files are text files, so you can use cut and paste between two resource files. Just don't forget about the identifiers as well in resource.h.
