Anyone have any example code for monitoring a telephone line for telephone calls, accepting a call, and then transmitting data over it. Also, I would like to know how I could get a handle to a microphone device and output that data over the telephone connection. Thanks in advance,

PS I've checked www.codeguru.com. No dice.

I'd recommend the following book:

Windows Telephony Programming
by Chris Sells

This covers TAPI in detail and will give you the background you need to do what you are asking about.

In a word, the MS supplied documentation on TAPI - SUCKS!

Yes, I agree. It was completely unintelligible! I did find some source code out of an MS Journal from 1996, so that got me atleast a little bit started. Anyway... thx jhance.
