What color depth is possible on this monitoe, ie 1451CLR

Color depth is not a function of the monitor, it is a function of the graphics board.  The monitor limits the refresh rate and picture size but not the color depth. You did not say if this was a LCD display or something other than a standard cathod ray tube.  If this is the case, reject this answer.

In this article we have discussed the manual scenarios to recover data from Windows 10 through some backup and recovery tools which are offered by it.
Monitor input from a computer is usually nothing special.  In this instance it prevented anyone from using the computer.  This was a preconfiguration that didn't work.
