I'm trying to create my own personal home/web page through any "free" available services. Are there any available? Please let me know. "ASAP!!!"

There are many place on the Internet to host your site for free. Here's a short list:

www.geocities.com
www.angelfire.com
www.fortunecity.com
www.delphi.com

Delphi will allow you to use message boards and chat as well, but it will take more time for you to setup. There are other domains as well that host special interest pages and try to build a community around a certain theme, but those listed above should serve your needs nicely.
