changing a VB program in to homepage format

i had a VB program that create with standard exe
what i should do in order to change the program in
to homepage format so that it can be upload into the
the internet
the program had a database that be kept in the server
and the homepage is an interactive program where the user
can retrive the information from the server
i'm a beginner

If you have VB6, use an ActiveX document DLL, they are very similar to forms and can be viewed in a browser.  It is difficult to go into detail because I do not know all of your problems, but I think you can figure it out once you see what I am talking about

i'm using VB5
could u please explain the basic step of converting the standard form to a home page
is it a html format ?
do i have to create the form all over again or just can convert the already exist form and
program with the active X
