I understand that NT doesn't include faxing like Win95 and I
heard Win98 doesn't either.  If I install Outlook 98 onto an NT machine, will it also give me faxing capabilities?  If not, are there any free faxing solutions from Microsoft for my NT machine?

YOu can Download WinFax from Microsoft for free.  Choose Start/Control Panel/Add Remove Programs/Outlook 98

Choose that.  It will ask you what you want to do.  Choose Add new components.  Choose From the Web (make sure you are connected).  You can then choose the fax application to add to Outlook.
