Can I customize the format of the content of the email?
E.G.: Name:xxxx
          Email address: acb@abcv.com
          Content: Hello! I'm fine!

To do that, you would have to run it through a script or through a component.  What type of server are you using?  Also, there is a correction that i nee to make.

In the <TEXTAREA> tag, you need to add NAME="Comments"

P.S. the email will look like this:
Fullname=Matt&Email=Masseym@hotmail.com&Submit=Send+Information&Comments=Your Comments here

I got an error too. If I type Chinese Characters, it will become rubbish symbols on the email, but English Characters are ok!

What was the error?  The chinese characters should be fine.  There is nothing but pure HTML code here... If the characters were making a problem, it would be the browser you are using.
