I want to know how to implement the following:

One textfield of Name
One textfiled of Email address
One textarea of Message
One SUBMIT botton
One RESET botton

After someone fill all the blanks, and then click SUBMIT. All the information of the field will be sent to a specific email addess e.g. hello@abc.com

Can I customize the format of the content of the email?
E.G.: Name:xxxx
          Email address: acb@abcv.com
          Content: Hello! I'm fine!

To do that, you would have to run it through a script or through a component.  What type of server are you using?  Also, there is a correction that i nee to make.  

In the <TEXTAREA> tag, you need to add NAME="Comments"

P.S. the email will look like this:
Fullname=Matt&Email=Masseym@hotmail.com&Submit=Send+Information&Comments=Your Comments here

I'm just using the Free webpage provider, so can I do this? I can't write any cgi script at all!

I got an error too. If I type Chinese Characters, it will become rubbish symbols on the email, but English Characters are ok!

What was the error?  The chinese characters should be fine.  There is nothing but pure HTML code here... If the characters were making a problem, it would be the browser you are using.
