Waiting for a file...

I need some code that waits for a certain file to appear in a folder, when the file appears I want to be able to take suitable action.

Add a timer and in the timer, add the following code :

   sDir = Dir("Yourfile", vbNormal)
   
   if sDir <> "" then
      ' *** Found
   end if
