Data track after audio track

I'm interested to know if it's possible to write data track AFTER audio track when creating a cd with CDRs currently on the market.  CDRwin claims that it does not backup CDs with data track after audio track, is this a software limit or hardware limit?

it is software limit. But you can bypass the problem with cdrwin. If you want to backup a CD with data after the audio then you should copy sectors. Its a little more work but you can backup almost ANY CD. Just copy every track with sectors. Find out for every track the sectors it occupies and then let cdrwin copy them to a BIN (for the data track) or WAV (for the sound) files.

To find out the sectors you should right klick on the track list (you know the yellow and green dots)

After this, you write a cue file with the right information. ( if you want i will give an example)

here is a link that describes the process a little better then I did

http://www.freespeech.org/cdmedia/games/pc_commandos.htm

On the bottom of the page there is described how to backup the cd Commandos, which has tracks ordered like:
data audio audio data. It works fine!

It's defineatly a software problem. I use Adaptec EZ CD Creator and am able to drag and drop sound files & data files to one CD. I can do mutliple sessions, and iso images too.
