MSFlexgrid is an ActiveX control, it runs on your machine (with VC) because it is installed and registered on it. To use it on another machine without VC you have to have your setup program install this ocx (and I suspect others as well) and they need to registered in the system registry for that machine. You CAN NOT just copy the ocx..dll...etc...they have to registered, this is usually done with a script file, that runs regsvr32.exe (or something similiar) so the appropiate stuff is entered in the system registry.

Visual Studio comes with an install program in it's package, forgot offhand what the name of it is. It will help you do what you need to do/setup in so far as the install program is concerned. (MS uses it for it's products)
