Error when inviting person through Org 97 GS

When I invite someone to a meeting in Organizer 97 GS, I recieve this error as soon as I select a name and click the ADD button: "The "($VIMPeople)" view could not be found." When I click OK, I get a second error: "You have insufficient system resources. Close another application and try again."

As I found in the Lotus technotes, the solution is to have the ($VIMPeople) view included in the personal name and address book, but it's there and I still get the message. Also, I don't really think its a resource issue since I and other users have 64MB of RAM and its the only app running.

We are using Notes 4.6.3. Any suggestions?

When you first set up OrganiserGS to use Notes it will create several documents in your Notes mail database.  Make sure that you have not deleted any of these.
If you have then there are two options:
1. Start again - setup OrganiserGS again (best)
2. Try to recreate the document(s) by setting up another mail database and then copyin across and amending where neccessary.  This is harder since you need to map all the fields across and find out what is supposed to be in them.

If this is not the problem then it is almost certainly an ACL issue.  Make sure that you are manager to your mail database.  Some administrators mistakenly take this off.
