How can I use a second made form that act like a dialog.
I mean by this that the main form will stop processing until it gets a result (or a form close) from the second form ?
I'm using delphi 3 and are not using MDI (or should I ?).

Use the ShowModal method:

eg:
MyForm.ShowModal; // Doesn't return until the form closes...
