How can you convert paradox data base to access?

If all you want is a straight port....
Run Access
Select New Database
File
   Get External Data
      Import
         select "Paradox" from Files of Type
         select the paradox database to import

This should bring in the tables and the Data, you will have to reset the relationships between the tables.
