Need to compile a source code

Is there a shareware version of Delphi?
I need to compile a source code with .dof .dpr .inc .res .dfm .pas extensions
It says compile source using: dcc32 <filename>.dpr
Thanks for your time

If you would point someone to where you found the source code,
I am sure someone would compile it for you and email you the executable or DLL..
