NIS+ Setup

I just need to know how to setup NIS+.  I read the literature on the 6 types of NIS objects and all the terminology (per man pages).  But it doesn't show me how to
set it up.

If you will be managing your network NIS servers.... I suggest you spend a bit of money and get the book by ORielly  Managing DNS and NIS....  absolute must for you.... everything you want to know for NIS and how to set  up step by step... and how it is combined with DNS....

Read the NSKit 1.2 Answerbook on docs.sun.com - since you did not mention what platform or operatin system you are running, I could at best point you to the Sun doc site ...on the docs.sun.com homepage, click on Installation and Setup under System Administration - then click on NSKit 1.2 Answerbook - a lot of information on what you seek is given there.
