Link from frame to entire window

I have a frame document with 2 frames.  I have a link in one that I wish to open in the entire window not just in that frame.  I do not want to open anthor window.  For the life of me I can not figure out how to do this.  Somebody please help!

The "_top" is the key to opening it in the whole window, without creating a new window.
