Convert TopSpeed database data to Access

Our accounting software is written in Clarion 3.1 using TopSpeed Database file structures.  How can I use this data with Access 97?

Use Clarion 3.1 to export to text files then import them into access using a wizard. Access is not directly compactable with clarion's file format.

Probably the best answer available, but I was hoping for a way to import the data directly into Access.
