Mohammed,

An OCX it's pretty much as a DLL, or an EXE file.  The diferences are the same as when you compare a VC++ OCX or a Delphi OCX with a VB OCX.

Usually, when you write OCX'w with VB, you will also need VB's runtime DLL's.  Also, it will be much slower, and if the OCX is something "Interesting" it will be much harder due to the lack of pointers and memory managment.

The difference between VC++ and Delphi (If you know how to code them in both languages) is prety much nil, although VC++ is a "bit" more efficient, it will also be much harder than Delphi.  The truth is that binary code wise they're pretty much the same, but one will take a week and the other 3 days!
